Our version of the traditional peanut butter cup.
Enrobed in Venezuelan milk chocolate, the creamy ganache
center is a mix of our milk chocolate and cashew butter,
wrapped around a whole cashew. |

Fleur de Sel Caramels
One of our best sellers… a rich, dark caramel, filled
with macadamia nuts and topped with sprinkles of sea
salt locally harvested in the Gulf of Maine. The
ultimate combination of sweet and salty! |

Strawberry Balsamic
Our signature dark chocolate is filled
with a strawberry and chocolate center. We’ve added
just a touch of aged balsamic vinegar to the filling to give this
chocolate a very rich and special flavor. |

Café au Lait
A layer of espresso-flavored, dark chocolate ganache is topped with a layer of white chocolate cream for our Café au Lait chocolate. The square is enrobed with a Venezuelan milk chocolate and topped with cocoa nibs. |

This smooth and creamy ganache is made with heavy cream that has been steeped with ancho chilies. Just a touch of spice is complimented with cinnamon. |
