The Chocolates Conditions of Use
  Force Noir
Our dark chocolate ganache, flavored with the seeds of the finest Tahitian vanilla beans. This Force Noir is pure dark chocolate, through and through.
  Cashew Cups
Our version of the traditional peanut butter cup. Enrobed in Venezuelan milk chocolate, the creamy ganache center is a mix of our milk chocolate and cashew butter, wrapped around a whole cashew.
  Fleur de Sel Caramels
One of our best sellers… a rich, dark caramel, filled with macadamia nuts and topped with sprinkles of sea salt locally harvested in the Gulf of Maine. The ultimate combination of sweet and salty!
  Coco Rhum
Classic meets exotic. A creamy, sweet center, dancing with the flavors of coconut and rum; each enrobed with our signature dark chocolate.
  Irish Crème Mousse
Our version of Irish Crème has a very light and lively mousse center, made with ©Baileys Irish Cream and wrapped in our signature dark chocolate.
  Ginger Crunch
Our newest chocolate, Ginger Crunch, is packed with flavor. A creamy, caramel and milk chocolate center has been steeped with fresh ginger and then mixed with a ginger candy crunch. It is covered in our signature dark chocolate and topped with a piece of candied ginger. A treat for the true ginger lover!
  Peanut Croquant
The bottom of this stepped-up peanut butter cup is a croquant layer of dark chocolate, mixed with bits of peanut brittle. We then top it with a creamy ganache of milk chocolate and all-natural peanut butter. Finally, the square is dipped in our signature dark chocolate and topped with a roasted peanut and Maine sea salt.
  Malt Crunch
Not our prettiest chocolate, but one of our most delicious! This tasty delight has a white chocolate center that is hand rolled in crispy malt crunch, then surrounded with our signature dark chocolate. A surprise in every bite!
  Café au Lait
A layer of espresso-flavored, dark chocolate ganache is topped with a layer of white chocolate cream for our Café au Lait chocolate. The square is enrobed with a Venezuelan milk chocolate and topped with cocoa nibs.
  Carrée de Pistache
All natural flavors of white chocolate and ground pistachios make this a chocolate with distinct flavor. This ganache is wrapped around a pistachio and enrobed in the best, creamy milk chocolate grown in Venezuela.
