Sales Tax
Sweet Marguerites, LLC will withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within the state of Maine. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
Refund and Return Policy
All Sweet Marguerites, LLC products are shipped with care, using the proper insulation and packaging. We will gladly refund or re-order any merchandise that arrives in unsatisfactory condition or is mailed incorrectly; based on the information we are given. Sweet Marguerites, LLC is not responsible for incorrect mailing information, stolen packages, after-delivery handling, or undeliverable addresses.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping arrives within 2-3 business days. Orders received before 5pm
EST are shipped the next business day.
Warm Weather Shipping
During "warm months" all of our packages include special insulation and ice
packs to ensure a perfect product upon arrival. Special shipping rates apply during
the months June through September.

Important Shipping Information
- An additional $10 will be added to the shipping charge for Overnight
Shipping Request. Other special handling requests and Saturday deliveries are
available. Please contact us for special handling requests and fees.
- Sweet Marguerites only ships within the United States and, due to the
perishable content of the packages, cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO
locations.
- Sweet Marguerites is closed on all Federal holidays, Holiday and Sunday
deliveries are not available.
- UPS packages are delivered with no signature required upon arrival.
- Expected delivery dates are not guaranteed. Some packages may arrive
sooner or later that stated in the Standard Shipping Rates.
